They were all taken handheld, and all using the OM1mkII, 150-400mm, mostly with the 1.25 extender. Again, some nice images, but not enough to make a decent YouTube video.

I spent a very enjoyable morning at East Lane near Bawdsey photographing Linnets, Sedge Warblers and Swallows.
