Although a Canon user for nearly 25 years, I changed to the Olympus Micro Four Thirds system in late 2018.  I certainly do not regret changing systems from a full frame camera and I have noticed no discernible loss of quality.
I have found the lightness and smaller size of the Olympus system has invigorated my photography, and I have taken shots over the last couple of years that I would never have been able to on my old system heavy DSLR system.
